The sale is located between Farmington Rd. and 185th in a very nice older residential neighborhood in Aloha. There is plenty of street parking available near the house. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes in the neighborhood.

WE WILL BE FOLLOWING ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND RECOMMEND PROTOCOLS DURING THIS SALE. IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF SAFE WE WILL BE REQUIRING ALL CUSTOMERS TO WEAR A MASK BEFORE ENTERING THE SALE AND WHILE INSIDE SHOPPING. WE WILL HAVE LIMITED MASKS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WITHOUT ONE. THIS HOUSE IS VERY COMPACT AND IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING WE WILL BE LIMITING CUSTOMERS TO 15 PEOPLE AT A TIME. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL TRY TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE INTO THE SALE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL ALSO HAVE HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE UPON ENTRY.

This house has been occupied by the same owners for over 40 years and is packed with all types of treasures The kitchen is full of very nice glassware, baking supplies, appliances, dishes, vintage fondu set and more. There are two very nice love seats, several small tables, a coffee table, two entertainment centers, a full wall shelving unit, sofa tables, dinning room table and six chairs, very nice drop leaf table and two dining chairs, recliner, futon with mattress, office chair and much more. There is also a large amount of office supplies, several vintage 35mm cameras, walk-ie talkies, paper supplies and more. The sale also features a very large collections of collectible Santa and angel figureens, David Winter Christmas houses and Thomas Kinkade Christmas plates.

The garage and backyard are literally PACKED FULL of tool, fishing and camping equipment, fishing rods and reels, nets, dehydrator, electrical supplies, garden tools, ladders, wheel barrels, plumbing supplies, large tool box, hand tools, power tools, shop vacs, carpet cleaners, washer and dryer, two refrigerators, a upright freezer, a fire safe, two bird baths and so very much MORE. We have over ten tables FULL of items to choose from in this sale. We also have a huge collection of VHS tapes and more recent DVDs, a TV, VHS player, DVD player, stereo with speakers. Tons of paper goods , plates, toliet paper, paper towels etc. Puzzles, games, candles, clothes, picture frames, a very nice seated walker etc. There is something for everyone in this sale and we need to sell everything this weekend!

Sign up list will be out each day at 9:00. We will ONLY BE ALLOWING 15 CUSTOMERS INTO THE HOUSE AT A TIME. Please be understanding and courteous to your fellow shoppers and our staff.

We do accept cash and credit cards (Visa and Master Card) (there is a 3% service charge for using a card)

The house does have a security system and will be monitored.
