Thanks to all of you who ventured out in the snow today! We appreciate your business. Sunday everything $50 and under will be 50% off. We will also be taking bids on all items over $50. We open at 10:00 and hope to see you there.

This week’s sale takes place in a beautiful modern four bedroom executive home in NE Vancouver. The family is relocating and needs to sell the contents of their home. There are so many lovely items in this home you will not want to miss this sale! Items include two sectional couches as well as another living room couch and a beautiful lazy boy recliner. Also for sale is a large dining room table and chairs, two sets of office furniture, one queen bedroom set, a full size bed and a beautiful king size bedroom suite including bed with headboard and frame, night stands, dresser, chest of drawers and lamps. We will also be selling a Samsung flat screen TV with surround sound entertainment system, like new Xbox system, CD player, lamps, coffee tables, upright piano, antique Royal typewriter, computer monitor, printer, office supplies, GE washer and dryer and more.

Several pieces of high end art are available in this sale including three beautiful pieces by local Vancouver artist Dabat. You won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to purchase these at less than gallery prices.

There will be a variety of kitchen items for sale including a Bosch side by side refrigerator/freezer, a chef’s choice meat slicer, food processer, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, crock pots, toaster oven, dish sets, glasses, flatware, knife set, Christmas dishes, hand mixers, immersion mixer, pots and pans, cast iron Lodge skillets and much much more.

There are tons of kid’s toys in this sale so you don’t want to miss this one. Items include costumes, games, play table and chairs, Starwars items, foosball table, like new Stiga ping pong table, air soft BB guns, kid’s books, a large inflatable raft with oars, bicycles, sports equipment, baseball equipment, tennis and golf equipment and exercise equipment including a very high end Precor EFX 5.25 elliptical machine and an outdoor portable basketball goal.

The garage is full with some yard tools, outdoor patio furniture, garden items, large bench vise, drills, saws, small chest freezer and an assortment of other items.

All items will be full price on Saturday with no discounts available per our contract with the owners. Sunday, items under $50 will be half price and we will be taking bids on items $50 and above throughout the sale. Please remember that if you bid on an item and are the high bidder you are committed to purchasing the item. High bidder will be notified Sunday afternoon.

The home has a security system with camera and alarms and there will be security on site.

We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. There is a 3% convenience fee for credit card charges. We are also required by the State of Washington to charge tax on all items sold.
