Ample street parking is available in the neighborhood however the house is located on a flag lot and there is a short walk down the driveway to the house. The house is located behind the house that faces the street. There will not be vehicle access to the drive except for loading of large items. House does have a security system in place. Please do not disturb occupant. 

Sale Details

Lovely small Battlegound home that was the home of a local award winning Battleground artist for many many years. The sale features many original paintings by the homeowner as well as other artists. There are also many collectibles in the sale including mid-century era furniture, two large vintage braided rugs, nice maple queen bedroom suite including bed and two side tables. Several Native American collectibles including Pacific Northwest corn husk bags and a beautiful Navajo woven pillow top. Other items include signed Lalique perfume bottles, vintage cork duck decoys, brass ship’s clock and barometer, nice tea cup collection, collection of small cloisonné items, crystal and cut glass items, quality cowboy hats, vintage cameras and binoculars,  lamps, couches, Maytag dryer, Speed Queen top load washing machine, television, Coleman twin electric air mattress, two mattress sets, along with tons of kitchen items and small appliances. 

The garage has two nice refrigerators, a upright freezer (all priced to sell), vintage Peugeot lady’s bike, yard tools including leaf blowers, gas edgers, hedge trimmers and garden tools, large Rubbermaid wheelbarrow, and some other tools.

There are also some LIKE NEW home care items including walkers, new in box toilet and a very nice wheelchair.

This is a lovely smaller home in a great (close to downtown) area of Battleground sitting on a beautiful flag lot with lots of wonderful landscaping and a nice small creek running through the property. Sign Up List will be out at 9:00 A.M. on the sale. Please note that this is a small home and we will be limiting the number of people allowed in at one time. The garage is separated from the house and will be open at 10:00. Items in the garage will need to be paid for inside and someone will be there to make a list for you so you don’t have to take garage items into the home.
