Parking is going to be limited for this sale. The street is narrow and can be busy. There will be limited space to park in the front yard close to the road. Please be careful while parking and walking to the property.

Sale Details

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO ATTENDING OUR SALE

WE WILL BE FOLLOWING ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND RECOMMEND PROTOCOLS DURING THIS SALE. IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF SAFE WE WILL BE REQUIRING ALL CUSTOMERS TO WEAR A MASK BEFORE ENTERING THE SALE AND WHILE INSIDE SHOPPING. WE WILL HAVE LIMITED MASKS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WITHOUT ONE. THIS HOUSE IS VERY COMPACT AND IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING WE WILL BE LIMITING CUSTOMERS TO 10 PEOPLE AT A TIME. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL TRY TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE INTO THE SALE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL ALSO HAVE HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE UPON ENTRY.

This house has been occupied by the same owners for the past 48 years and has some nice vintage items available. There is a variety of vintage furniture available including two couches, a love seat, two recliners, coffe tables, mid-century modern chairs, bedroom furniture, dining room table and six chairs, bookcases, small end tables and much more. There are some nice mid-century style wall clocks, 12 place settings of Ivory Elegance china by Ranmaru, a wonderful set of 1940s era lead crystal stemware from Germany, old toys and games, Portland Trailblazer collectibles, a nice older weight set, lots of Christmas decorations, antique sewing machine, a newer sewing machine, office supplies and much more. The is a large selection of womens clothes and shoes, lots of hats including several cowboy hats and several pair of men’s cowboy boots. The garage is full of all types of treasures including yard tools, auto parts, beautiful vintage chrome wheel covers, old coke bottles and crates, tools, two bikes and much much more.

Sign up list will be out each day at 9:00. We will ONLY BE ALLOWING 10 CUSTOMERS INTO THE HOUSE AT A TIME. Please be understanding and courteous to your fellow shoppers and our staff.

The house does have a security system.
